Where do I even begin with Sierra? Someone I had a couple of classes with in high school became the most amazing friend/real estate agent I could have every imagined. My fiancé and I were really struggling with navigating the stressful housing market due to covid, inflation in prices, etc. We went through SEVERAL realtors that had serious "commission-breath" and neglected us as their customers in some way or another. Sierra was the complete opposite and met us 100% where we were at. Her goal wasn't a sale, it was to find us a home. We found our dream home because of her crazy big heart! Our home was on the market for a whole week with no showings or offers because the listing had a glitch that stated the buyers agent would not receive compensation. As most realtors saw this, they were hesitant to show the house out of fear of not getting paid, whereas Sierra showed us the house and it turned out the listing was incorrect! Sierra was consistently responsive, encouraging, kind, and the list goes on. I waited to write this review around thanksgiving, a holiday to celebrate gratefulness, because Sierra is whom we are the most grateful for this year! As we build a life in our new home, we will think of Sierra and her willingness to put others first!

Where to start. We don't typically write reviews. Yes, I said we cause both my husband and I felt the need for input. Let us just start by saying that Sierra is the sweetest, kindest, most caring Relator we have ever worked with! And we have worked with quite a few. During our transition from Florida to Tennessee, she was with us every step of the way and ALWAYS answered our calls and questions. She took the time to care about our wants and needs, and when she showed us a home or land we didn't quite love, she didn't take it personally and worked 10 times harder to find that proverbial diamond in the rough. Let me just tell you SHE FOUND IT!! After stressing and worrying that we wouldn't find anything, Sierra kept the flame burning and found the best property for us! Our diamond in the rough! And she did ALL THIS while carrying a little angel in her tummy! We can't thank Sierra enough and the best part of it all, aside from the land, is the fact that we feel that we gained a FRIEND. Sierra worked diligently with us during what became a very challenging purchase that ended up involving us making offers on 5 different homes before we got our final house (all of this was due to market conditions, poor appraisals, inspections, etc. and out of everyone’s control)

Each time we faced difficulties, Sierra simply persevered, kept a positive attitude and just kept working towards all possible solutions to help us achieve our goal.
